Is each month equally likely?
Yes. Every spin draws a uniformly random angle in software, then animates the wheel to land on it. All twelve slices are the same size, so each month has a 1-in-12 chance every spin.
Can I weight some months heavier?
Yes. Each entry has a per-entry weight from 1 to 10. If your group skews summer-birthday, leave the summer months at 1 and bump up the under-represented winter ones so the spin feels fairer in practice.
Can I narrow it to a season or quarter?
Yes. Delete the months you don't want or paste a custom list (Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring or Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4) over the defaults. The bulk-paste panel splits on newlines and commas.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The wheel runs entirely in your browser and works offline once loaded. You can install it as a PWA from your browser menu so it lives on your home screen.
