Type a story.
The agent directs the shots.
And judges every cut.
Cut is a multi-shot AI video studio. An agent plans the shots, chains them frame to frame so the sequence holds together, evaluates every take, stitches the edit, and judges the whole piece on seven axes. You watch all of it happen: the timeline, the retakes, the seams, the verdicts.
How it works
One agent runs the whole production. Each stage is visible live while your piece is in flight, and the receipts ship with the final video.
- 01 · Plan
The shot list
The agent reads your prompt and writes an edit plan: one prompt per five-second shot, a shared style block, and the transitions between them. The plan is the source of truth for everything that follows.
- 02 · Shoot + chain
Frame-chained renders
Shots render in sequence on Luma Ray3.2. The last frame of each accepted shot seeds the next one, so subjects and light carry across the cut. Every render is graded by the full eval cascade; weak takes are reshot, up to 3 attempts each.
- 03 · Stitch
The assembly
Accepted shots are stitched into one piece, cuts and crossfades exactly as planned. Every seam is measured for visual continuity, and the numbers are published next to the edit.
- 04 · Judge
The final verdict
A judge reviews the whole piece on seven axes, the six it grades single shots on plus continuity across cuts. It writes its rationale before its ratings, and the verdict ships with the video.
